General Business:

Natalie Leetcher advised that several of the minutes going out via e-mail were
being returned. A discussion was held about the possibility of a one line
message going out saying that they were available on the schools website. This
would hugely reduce the amount of ‘traffic’. It was also mooted that this could be
a possibility for the school newsletter.

Ideas for the next meeting were discussed. Possibilities were Life Education in
Term 3, which was rejected. The PTA is keen to see the uniform options, along
with meeting the Head Boy and Head Girl. Kerri Tilby is also going to be
approached to come and speak about community fundraising.

The new uniform options have been reviewed by the uniform committee. There
are 3 sets of uniforms, 1 in our colours and 2 samples. They will be showed to
student council for feedback. Once all feedback has been received, the
suggestions will go to the board who will consider all the variables involved in
changing the uniform.

The next meeting will be at 7.30 p.m. on 15/6/10 in the staffroom.

Meeting closed 9.15 p.m.
